He capped that year as a Preseason All Big 12 selection and top ten MLB draft prospect in conference rankings.

In 2025, Damian continued his clutch performance trend, delivering his 10th home run of the season with a walk-off blast in the 11th inning against UCF, the program’s first walk-off homer since 2023. Through 53 games, he’s slashing .330/.384/.580 with 13 homers and 51 RBIs, earning All Region honors and solidifying his status as a dual-threat infielder and outfielder.

Damian is lauded for his advanced hit tool, consistent power, and versatility. After playing competitive infield and outfield, he brings athleticism, strong bat-to-ball skills, and smart baserunning—all hallmarks of his high-impact play.
