Originally from Arlington, Texas, Trey Cleveland has proved a valuable asset to Texas Tech Football as a Wide Receiver. Approaching his fourth season as a Red Raider, Cleveland says he chose TTU and Lubbock because of the coaching staff, educational opportunities, and environment.
After his redshirt freshman season, Cleveland’s sophomore year was a standout year for the athlete. He appeared in all 13 games of the season. Eight of Cleveland’s 11 receptions were all during Big 12 play. He’s making the West Texas desert proud. Cleveland is pursuing a Kinesiology degree during his time at TTU.
When he’s not at the Jones, Cleveland enjoys watching funny and educational videos on YouTube, grabbing a bite to eat at Abuelo’s or Jazz Louisiana Kitchen, or enjoying a nice glass of wine. He hopes to work with car dealerships, furniture and clothing stores, and restaurants as a Dark Horse Ambassador. Specifically, Wingstop.
